My name is Maxine Morris and I’m design strategist and multidisciplinary designer, who takes a customer-centric approach to design omni-channel service, and experiences, that engage people and humanize business.

As someone that's insatiably curious, I’m always learning new methods that support better "end-to-end" experiences for customers, which serves as inspiration to: research and analyze trends that identify the changing needs of users; convert insight into actionable business opportunity; and create value-added solutions for customers and users alike.

To "COMMUNICATE THE NEW" and make unfamiliar concepts relatable, I draw on my background in visual design to create prototypes, develop visual models, and design media that: simplify complex ideas, enable cross-silo communication, build consensus internally and enhance brand value externally.
