Hi! I'm Maxine Morris, a design strategist and multidisciplinary designer who takes a customer-centric approach to design omni-channel services and experiences that empower people and humanize business.

As someone that's insatiably curious, who's always learning about, and applying innovative methods that enable "better experiences", I'm inspired by what's possible to: research and analyze trends that identify the changing needs of users; convert insight into actionable business opportunity; and create value added solutions for customers and users alike.

To "COMMUNICATE THE NEW" and make unfamiliar concepts relatable, I draw on my background in communication design to create UI prototypes, visualize data, develop models and design media that: simplify complex ideas, enable cross-silo communication, build consensus internally and enhance brand value externally.
