Hi! I'm Maxine Morris, an experience design strategist and service designer who take a customer-centric approach to design and deliver omni-channel solutions that empower users and humanize business.
As someone that's insatiably curious, that's always learning about and applying new methods towards making "things better", I'm inspired by what's possible to: research and analyze trends that identify the changing needs of users; convert insight into actionable opportunity; and design solutions that deliver value added service for customers and users alike.
To "COMMUNICATE THE NEW" and make unfamiliar concepts relatable, I draw on my background in communication design to create UI prototypes, visualize data, develop models and design media that: simplify complex ideas, enable cross-silo communication, build consensus internally and enhance brand value externally.
